Picnic in the Park & Family Fun Day

Everyone welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the park with a bit of community fun and spirit thrown in.  Cadley FC will be hosting their opening day of the football season, which we’ll combine with some scheduled fun, games and races. We’re thinking egg & spoon, ball & bucket, skipping, volleyball and a pop up tennis net (bring your own racket).

You supply your own food and rug to sit on and if you have some games you want to play (such as cricket bat/wickets, etc) bring those too.  Cadley FC usually supply hot drinks at the Pavillion, we’ll arrange an ice-cream van and some small prizes for the games we’ll organise.

It’ll be pretty informal, we just want to    encourage more community use of the park.

 Let’s not forget that we ARE in Britain and this event will be weather-permitting!  Please note NO BBQ’s allowed on the park. Please dispose of your litter thoughtfully.
