The Friends have been busy organising everything for the hotpot supper on Saturday.  It’s a complete sell-out which is great but it does mean we’ve unfortunately had to turn people away due to restrictions on the amount of people allowed in the building.  We had a meeting last night to finalise arrangements and would like to put it out there to see if any of you lovely people can help out, as our little committee group can only stretch so far!  We need help with…….

1.   Set up on Saturday morning.  If you are available, we will meet at the hall at 9am.  We need to set the tables/chairs up, prepare the kitchen area, stage, etc etc.
2.   Clearing up the tables, serving hot drinks and washing up on the night.
3.   We need cakes or cupcakes to sell.  They need to be shop bought and in sealed packets (we can’t offer home-made from the general public due to health & safety concerns).
4.   Putting everything away at the end of the night.
