Litter Pick

The 4th Preston beaver group recently joined us for a comprehensive litter pick along the path from the railway bridge to the Conway Drive access ginnel.   A total of around 30 people joined in and these were split into smaller groups each responsible for a designated area.   The pick was very successful and was carried out in warm evening sunshine. A total of 10 bin liners were filled with litter.   In addition, ivy was removed from some of the trees in the area prior to the trees starting their spring growth.   FOCP would like to thank all volunteers and in particular the beaver group for their kind assistance.   We hope you all enjoyed yourselves on this fun night.
