It’s that time of year again!  It’s time for our annual Balsam Bash and Litter Picking

Would you like to join us in pulling out the Balsam which is invading our pathways and woodland and clearing litter?  Volunteers are required to assist with on Monday 21st May 5.45pm till 8pm and/or Sunday 10th June 10.30am till 12.30pm. We only require one or two hours of your time. Just turn up on the day.  The weed is easily removed with a gentle pull (it must not be cut) and protective gloves and full instructions will be supplied.

This will be a fun social event for all participants as well as an opportunity to get involved with your local community.  Can anyone who is able to help please meet us near the football pavilion on the park at the start time or along the brook area after this.

We recommend that trousers be worn together with suitable footwear.
