We recently had a meeting with our local Police Community Support Officers regarding anti social behaviour in and around the park – stones and bottles being thrown, drug use on the park and drug running down the ginnel on Conway Drive, damage to the pavilion and football nets.

PC Higgins said they had not had any reported incidents on their system and so therefore the area wasn’t on their radar.

All anti social behaviour should be reported by calling 101 (unless there is immediate danger when 999 should be called instead). For reference, the throwing of bottles and stones at a person or occupied premises would be classed as a 999 call.
